How long does the course take?

The HLTPAT005 course typically takes between 5 and 8 hours to complete, depending on the delivery method selected. Face-to-face, onsite, and live online options may vary slightly in duration based on group size and practical assessment requirements.

Yes. SafeWork Health offers a live, interactive HLTPAT005 online course, delivered by qualified trainers. This option includes real-time instruction, assessment, and support, ensuring participants meet the same compliance and competency requirements as face-to-face training.

    Is HLTPAT005 recognised nationally?

Yes. HLTPAT005 is a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and is accepted across all states and territories. It meets the requirements outlined in Australian Standards for drug and alcohol specimen collection.
